Feature A varies in the attachment of the post to the ground. Version 1A has the post embedded in a concrete foundation in the ground. Version 2A has the post mounted to the ground via concrete anchor footing.

Feature B varies in the attachment of the panel to the post. Version 1B includes tab attachment points allowing the fence panel to mount between the two posts. Version 2B mounts the panel directly on the face of the post.
This panel-and-post system varies in 4 forms of installation with two alternating features of square tube post and perforated panels.
