WATERJET CUTTING

A waterjet cutter uses a mixture of water and abrasive that is accelerated at mach II to pierce through material. Water jets are extremely versatile and can cut very intricate details in materials ranging from the thinnest glass to the thickest steel. Waterjets are not limited by material thickness and are able to cut material up to 6" thick.
 
We are able to process sheet sizes up to 6’ x 12’. Some common materials we process include steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass and acrylic. Our waterjet also has the capability to cut with dual heads simultaneously, cutting production time in half.
