Squirrel Hill Library, located on a busy corner of the community in Pittsburgh, PA was extensively renovated in 2005. Only the bones of the 1972 building, limestone columns and steel support structure, were kept. The original structure was replaced with an urban loft-like environment with an additional 70,000 square feet of floor space, new interior rooms and new furniture.

We are happy to have worked with Pittsburgh architect Arthur Lubetz on interior fittings for the library and with Neil Donnelly of Landesberg Design on the Childrens’ Sign.
