For over a decade, Technique Architectural Product's owner and founder, Ray Appleby, has been creating architectural masterpieces, fueled by a lifelong love of art. After he graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in art and design and a concentration in sculpture, his first creations of steel, wood and upholstered furniture were showcased in New York and Pittsburgh galleries. Ray then began receiving requests for other types of projects, including specialty cafe furniture and custom hand railings. After a few years working as a freelance artist/craftsman he followed his passion for design and metalwork to its ultimate conclusion and started a business devoted to these interests.
