Just across the river from Pittsburgh’s Cultural District and next to the new North Shore, you’ll find Deutschtown, also known as East Allegheny. An effort to revitalize the historic neighborhood began in the late 1980’s and has seen growing momentum since 2000. We are privileged to have worked with the URA, Elm Street Community, NSLC, and PPND to fabricate and install a sign marking the entrance portal to Deutschtown located at the intersection of East Ohio Street and East Street.
